2018-current Full time Artist and Designer

1990-2018 Art teacher and part time artist

I trained in Sculpture at Kingston University and The Royal Academy of Art, London. I continued to practice as an artist but choose to teach art full time and have a family. Whilst I continued to create both 2D and 3D work in this period I have rarely exhibited my work.

Before I started teaching I had exhibited in a wide range of spaces and galleries. The Whitechapel gallery, London, Mall Galleries, London, Oxford, Berlin and at the Royal Academy premiums shows and schools. I was commissioned to make a site specific piece by the ‘Bolton House Trust.’ I won several travelling scholarships, including The Stanley Picker scholarship to Rome. Stanley Picker foundation also funded my three year MA at the Royal Academy

In 2018 I decided to become a Sculptor full time.

This is the most exciting time for me as I have found I have far more confidence, a considerable knowledge of technical skills and far more ideas as a more mature artist 

I live and work in London and Menorca.
